MAGNI 595
Fastener Coatings

Product Description

Magni 595 is a chrome free duplex fastener coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an aluminum-rich organic topcoat. This coating system provides corrosion resistance for components that are exposed to extreme heat (up to 1200F). The basecoat provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier. Magni 595 is engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post coating lubricants. This feature ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly. Magni 595 provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes. Fewer processing steps results in improved quality and reduced costs. Magni 595 is designed for use on fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and other miscellaneous hardware.

Magni 595 can be applied via dip/spin, dip/drain, or spray application methods.
