Product Description

Magni 585 is a chrome free duplex coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with organic topcoats designed to meet customer requirements for color. The basecoat provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier. Magni 585 is engineered with superior adhesion and flexibility for use on Constant Tension Hose Clamps. Magni 585 provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes. Fewer processing steps result in improved quality and reduced costs.

Magni 585 is applied via the economical dip/spin method.
