MAGNI 560
High-Performance Fastener Coating System

Product Description

Magni 560 is a duplex fastener coating system that combines electroplated zinc and hex chrome-free passivated substrate with an aluminum-rich organic topcoat. The electroplated zinc layer provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier. Magni 560 is engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post coating lubricants. This feature ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly. Magni 560 provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes. Fewer processing steps results in improved quality and reduced costs. Magni 560 is designed for use on fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and other miscellaneous hardware.

Magni 560 can be applied via dip/spin, dip/drain, or spray application methods.
