MAGNI 512
Fastener Coatings

Product Description

Magni 512 is a duplex fastener coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic topcoat. The basecoat provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier. Magni 512 is engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post coating lubricants. This feature ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly. Magni 512 is designed for use on fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and other miscellaneous hardware.

Magni 512 can be applied via dip/spin, dip/drain, or spray application methods.
