Product Description

Magni 505 is a chrome free fastener coating that consists of a two-layer inorganic zinc-rich coating. This zinc-rich coating provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate. Magni 505 provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes. Fewer processing steps results in improved quality and reduced costs. Magni 505 is designed for use on fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and other miscellaneous hardware.

Magni 505 is most commonly applied via dip/spin method.
